Lazy Pines offers three extremely dog-friendly cabins: one in New Mexico and two in East Texas, each designed for dogs (even reactive ones!). In New Mexico, you’ll enjoy stunning mountain views, perfect for quiet escapes or ski-season fun. The Texas cabins, on seven acres of pine trees, are ideal for exploring nearby parks like Mission Tejas and Ratcliff Lake. Our guests rave about the fact that we welcome big dogs and multiple dogs – with zero extra pet fees!
Each cabin provides a private, fenced yard where you can relax without fear of unexpected interactions. Whether it’s lounging by the fire or exploring scenic trails, Lazy Pines ensures both you and your dog can unwind together.
Why do we do this? We love road trips with our two large Labradors, one of whom is has big feelings (aka reactive). The struggle to find dog friendly places that allow two big dogs, and in a location without other people and dogs is quite difficult. So, we decided to create cabins that are perfect for US and share them with others.
